This blend of coffees was designed to make excellent espresso. As espresso you’ll find it has a consistent and pleasing mouthfeel accompanied by a pleasant acidity and dark cherry sweetness. Brewed as coffee you will find a nice fudgy sweetness and rich characteristics that should please all coffee lovers.

Profits from our roaster support initiatives that fight hunger, unclean water, and human trafficking. We exist to end these injustices, so we roast our coffee with care for the farmer, for the quality, and for the people in need that our coffee impacts.
