One Hit Wonder Coffee

Profiling coffee is the art of the roaster. A roaster profiles coffees to master them for your best experience with them in the end. 

This means we roast several pounds of coffee each time we bring a new offering. This coffee is in the phase of profiling. The coffee is outstanding, but not the final profile we choose for the coffee. It is all part of the process to get to the final product.

This coffee gives us some coffee overage. Great, great coffee. Once we feel confident in our final profile we camp on that roast profile. So, the roasts on the way to the final product are a one time only thing. This is what we now call One Hit Wonder Coffee.

From here you get to take full ownership of the coffee. You determine the tasting notes. This is why we left you room in the liner notes on the label.  We can assure you that every One Hit Wonder Coffee is in our rotation in some form and has been roasted well. It just isn’t the final result. so enjoy One Hit Wonder Coffee for a whopping ten dollars a bag and have some fun.
